2 year warranty
Si.Box snc shower enclosures offer a standard 2 year warranty effective from the date of purchase, indicated on the invoice or on the receipt, in accordance with applicable law.
In case of problems encountered by the customer concerning a product installed, the service claim under warranty must be provided to the retailer in written form and with exact indication of the defect as well as any other information useful to understanding the nature and extent of the problem. The customer undertakes to deliver to the retailer, under penalty or forfeiture of the warranty, the warranty certificate together with proof of delivery of the product, the invoice and/or purchase receipt.
The standard warranty does not cover
- products improperly installed and/or mounted due to failure to comply with installation, use and maintenance instructions;
- products with defects resulting from lack of maintenance and/or cleaning due to failure to comply with assembly, use and maintenance instructions and, moreover, due to incorrect transport, unloading and storage procedures;
- products subject to modifications / repairs / additions / replacements not authorised by Si.Box snc or performed by third parties.
Warranty certificate
The standard warranty shall also be excluded even in case of breakage of the tempered glass and in case of unavoidable wear during the correct use of the Si.Box snc product. In addition, coatings and parts subject to wear such as antiflooding and vertical sealants, magnets, wheels, sliding hooks, shock absorbers, studs and guiding elements are also excluded from the warranty.
Defects and damage found on products must be reported upon delivery/receipt and prior to installation so they can be identified by specialised staff, under penalty or forfeiture of the warranty. This Warranty is to be considered additional and supplementary to the applicable legal warranty.
